souvenirs from Iwate
Nice souvenirs from a colleague who has just come back from a trip to Iwate. The left one is the famous brand "Kamome no Tamago (Seagull's Egg)", and the other one is "Koro Gaki (Chubby Kaki)" which I tasted for the first time. It actually tastes good and looks very lovely... artistic, I'd rather say. The artisan spirit of Iwate's confectioners is worthy of admiration.
